I'd like to understand if there's enough interest out there for a Phoenix release that works with HBase 0.96. It's my understanding that vendors are moving to HBase 0.98 and there will likely be no further 0.96 releases. Upgrade between the two is seamless (even through the versioning makes it look like they wouldn't be).
