I have set all environmental variables as specified, then also getting same 
error.
Pig version used is  Pig-0.8.1

Which version of Pig you are using.

You miss the Hbase jars in PIG_CLASSPATH as per logs below.

Try:

export HBASE_CONF_DIR=$HBASE_HOME/conf
export HBASE_CLASSPATH="`/usr/bin/hbase 
classpath`:$HBASE_HOME/conf/hbase-site.xml:$HBASE_CONF_DIR"
