Not entirely sure how this question pertains to Hadoop or Pig, but to
answer your question I guess it really depends what you want to learn
about.

Given your Data courses and ETL/BI background, and I'd say if you want to
keep within ETL/BI, then perhaps consider the real-time streaming
framework Apache
Storm <https://storm.apache.org/>.  If you are interested in the
intricacies associated with NoSQL and horizontally scaleable, fault
tolerant distributed databases, then Apache Cassandra
<https://cassandra.apache.org/> is a great columnar persistence store to
learn about. The AWS course will really only give you the necessary
information into using AWS IaaS (like EC2, S3, EMR, Rt53, etc.) or their
SaaS like Kinesis, Redshift, etc.
