So, if I understand correctly, you end up with a table that has no
data rows, but only a row header, and you want to make the data area
have a non-zero size anyway?
Without looking into the code deeply I wouldn't know how to do
that. May I ask what the use case is? That is, what are you trying to
accomplish? Maybe you could just put dummy (empty) data into a single
row (for editing purposes?) and make a special case out of it?
