I've taken another look at the start of the stream, and I think the format
is something like:
* size - 4 bytes
* flags - 2 bytes
* null terminated short name
* null terminated long name
* flags - 2 bytes
* flags - 2 bytes
* next length - 4 bytes
* null terminated long name (as per length)
* data section length - 4 bytes
* (data)
Does that match what you've found?
