hello - we implemented new Excel reports with POI (within a web app). Everything works wonderful, except, one single user cannot open the XLS file from the web page. It says: [Microsoft Excel] 'C:\Documents and Setting\jane doe\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\1TQ5SUVR\SearchResults[1].xls' could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct. I checked the entire POI website for hints, with no success. The file location must be correct, because it should just open as a temp Internet file (we are not saving it yet). Works for everybody else...! (of course, this user is the manager of the group :)).
