Probably, but that can be added in later by people who know! We might also be able to find a free online quotes system that isn't real-time, to provide some sort of sensible value, but that's likely step two.

My version just returns a deterministic hash of the two parameter Strings, but it prevents the exception which was causing grief. (There is also a 4-parameter signature, but it wasn't used in the example Excel, so I didn't bother with that one)

If it avoids the exceptions, and logs a warning that more needs doing, then that's probably a good start.
