Sorry to say this but yes, you will need to add the border to the peripheral cells inthe Range one at a time. If you feel up to the challenge you could create a utility method that would accept, for example, the Region and a border or an array of borders as it's arguments; the method would then contain code to set the border for the cells. Speaking for myself, I can see this being an ideal candidate for inclusion in the CellUtils class and would ask that you please consider contributing the code to the API when you get it working. Of course, you do not have to do this but I feel many other users of the api might appreciate it if you could.
