To run BiffViewer, you just call it's main method and pass an array of type
String, something like this;

String[] names = new String[]{"C:\\Users\\Nuwan
Arambage\\Desktop\\HelloWorld\\Eclipse\\ApachePOI\\src\\com\\nuwan\\stockmarket\\data.xls"};
BiffViewer.main(names);

You do understand that BiffViewer is a utility that will not print out the
contents of the workbook but the records from which it is composed? If you
are trying to create/edit an Excel workbook then this is not at all what you
want to do. Take a look at the website -
http://poi.apache.org/spreadsheet/quick-guide.html - to find out how to
perform the basic tasks with POI.
