I want to use the new xssf.streaming with existing xlsx
files/templates. So I hacked the 3.8-beta3 code and it was pretty
trivial to come up with a version that can start from an existing xlsx
file. That allows the creation of an xlsx file based on a template file
instead of starting from scratch.
I could re-do my changes on the current code and contribute it back if
anyone is interested.
