Thanks for the answer Nick. I have used the following snippet to read the outlook file template(.oft).
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/poi/trunk/src/examples/src/org/apache/poi/hsmf/examples/Msg2txt.java?revision=897167&view=co It returns only the text content.So when i red the body content with *msg.getRtfBody() *,i got content with following chunks inside. {\*\htmltag84 *}\htmlrtf {\b \htmlrtf0 {\*\htmltag84 /}\htmlrtf {\i \htmlrtf0 {\*\htmltag92 /}\htmlrtf }\htmlrtf0 {\*\htmltag92 *}\htmlrtf }\htmlrtf0 {\*\htmltag244 <o:p>} {\*\htmltag252 </o:p>} Please guide me to get rid of this.. or point me a correct path of parse.
