How to use Table Style in xls/xlsx

Hi

Question 1:
I have created an xls and i want to convert the contents to a 'Table' and then 
apply 'Table Styles'.
Did not see much documentation on this.

Question 2:
If i want to create my own custom TableStyle and apply it to the xls, how do i 
do it?
