Hello everyone, I am using POI quite extensively at work. Generally it's working amazingly smooth. Kudos to the developers! I am currently looking into using POI with a non en_US locale. From what I have found it looks, like in most cases (e.g. number to text coercion) POI just assumes en_US and reacts respectively. In some other cases (e.g. some function implementations) it relies on the Java formatting functionality, which in turn relies on the system locales for formatting. Can someone with a deeper knowledge of the codebase than me share a rough overview of where POI is acting locale aware and where it isn't?
