This was why I originally hesitated to reply because I did not know whether a totals row was a fetaure of an Excel table or not. Now, I am going to guess that it is and can suggest a possible way forward.
Using Excel, can you create a table with a totals row, save the file away and then unzip it so that you can dig around in the xml markup? I cannot because I use LibreOffice exclusively and have no access to Excel anymore. If you can get a look at the xml markup, it will be possible to identify the elemnts that must be crated/manipulated to implement this feature. Further, it might be possible to dig down in the OOXML layer that underpins the api and find a quick, dirty way to get to to where you need to be. -- View this message in context: http://apache-poi.1045710.n5.nabble.com/Excel-TotalsRow-tp5720482p5720515.html Sent from the POI - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
