Allright. Currently I was able to parse it by following this documentation : https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa140066%28v=office.10%29.aspx#odc_xmlss_ss
I tested it with Excel 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 and that format is in the clipboard everytime in the same manner. So whether this is OOXML, SpreadsheetML or XML Spreadsheet I don't know.. I do not understand at all the whole thing..
