Allright. Currently I was able to parse it by following this documentation

I tested it with Excel 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 and that format is in the
clipboard everytime in the same manner.

So whether this is OOXML, SpreadsheetML or XML Spreadsheet I don't know.. I
do not understand at all the whole thing..
