Hi Team, I have found issue in the apache poi (3.13 - Final) and raised the ticket (Bug 59106<https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=59106>) . Also, I have created patch (attached). Could you please have a look at the ticket and advice, what should I do next? Should I rename ticket to [PATCH] TICKET NAME and attach patch there? Or any other steps are required?
