Yes, it seems there are some jar in resin4 maybe about xml.
javax.faces-2.1.24.jar
webservices-extra-api.jar

But I cant rename them, or resin4 cant startup.

That JDK version should not caused the error, can you check if there are any 
other xml-related jars included in the resin-webserver? E.g. called xml-apis or 
xerces? What happens if you rename them away from ".jar" so they are not loaded 
any more when you start resin?
