scomp -out DataMigratorType.jar DataMigratorType.xsd  
will give you a jar file.

Why do you need to "repackage"? What do you expect?

I guess you want to use create a pom.xml and upload it to a maven repo.

call scomp -out DataMigratorType.jar DataMigratorType.xsd  -repackage for maven 
:
mvn clean package
