I just finished a new TextMate bundle for Velocity.
It should be compatible with TextMate on the mac and probably e-
texteditor on Windows.
If you want to try it out it's available on Subversion at "http://macromates.com/svn/Bundles/trunk/Review/Bundles/Velocity.tmbundle

This is loosely based on the original Velocity bundle by Tom Armitage
