So far I have successfully configured Planet (as per this post:
http://www.nabble.com/Aggregator-question---is-it-possible-to-include-exclude-weblogs--td18608792s12275.html)
I have created 2 home pages: homeOne & homeTwo.
I have created 2 custom groups within Planet Admin: groupOne & groupTwo.
homeOne's Weblog has been edited to use the Planet aggregator:
#set($pager = $planet.getAggregationPager("groupOne", $since, $maxResults))
homeTwo's Weblog has been edited to use the Planet aggregator:
#set($pager = $planet.getAggregationPager("groupTwo", $since, $maxResults))
What I am finding is this:
homeOne display the aggregated newsfeeds as expected but only because in the
server administration the 'Handle of weblog to serve as frontpage blog' is
set to homeOne and the 'Enable aggregated site-wide frontpage' is ticked.
I find that homeTwo does not display any aggregated content from groupTwo.
It is possible to fix this by changing 'Handle of weblog to serve as
frontpage blog' to homeTwo but then homeOne stops displaying aggregated
content.
Please tell me it's possible to have the 2 homepages displaying aggregated
content from 2 different custom groups. How is it done?
Thanks
