The wiki info on Sybase was so old that I doubt it is still relevant.

Roller does not provide a database creation script for Sybase, that means:
- You'll have to pick one of the other createdb scripts and adapt it
for Sybase (I'm not sure which database is most similar to Sybase)
- You'll have to run the create tables script yourself, the
auto-create stuff in Roller will not work
