In the source repository for upcoming 5.1 trunk, they are here: 
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/roller/trunk/app/src/main/resources/.

In a WAR for Roller 5.0.1, open the roller.war, in its WEB-INF/lib, open 
up the Roller-weblogger-web-5.0.1.jar (or similar).
