Your webapps are not sharing their sessions with each other. You can use EhCache to do that like it is described here: http://shiro-user.582556.n2.nabble.com/Example-Shiro-SSO-for-multiple-WAR-files-with-EhCache-on-Glassfish-td7579037.html One important thing to keep in mind is to place some of the libraries as mentioned in your apllication server's file system to ensure your webapps are sharing the identical instances of your java classes which is impossible if you deploy the relevant jar-files along with your webapps.
