buji-pac4j v5.0.0-RC3 is out

I released buji-pac4j v5.0.0-RC3 based on pac4j v4.0.0-RC3 and Shiro v1.5.1.

It's available for tests: https://github.com/bujiio/buji-pac4j

The final release should happen in a month or two.
