Yes there is org.apache.sis.util.iso, but I think it is the only
remaining one if my memory serves me right. We will try to resolve that
in next releases, in preparation for Jigsaw.

Maybe you can suggest how this can be bypassed?
Can you point me to the pom.xml of the project, and which command you
are using ("mvn javadoc:javadoc", "mvn javadoc:aggregate" or "mvn site")?
