Hi sir, it seems that Sqoop2 Server application is not running. Please note that Sqoop2 server is only one application inside the Tomcat container and therefore it's possible that Tomcat could be running whereas Sqoop2 server application itself might not.
I would suggest you to check the server logs to see what is happening.
