Does sqoop2 >1.99.3 have same thing, If not which version is best to go 
after 1.99.3?

U said to manage this from hdfs connector, How to do this?

In Sqoop2, strings are enclosed by single quotes and fields are separated by 
commas. I think managing this from the HDFS connector is a great idea. We have
