Try jdbc:oracle:thin:@testqa.com:1785/test 
<http://jdbc:oracle:[email protected]:1785/test> (notice the extra colon between 
thin and @). 

In an effort to determine if the issue is Sqoop or Oracle jdbc related would 
you be able to try a tool like SQuirreLSQL and see if you can connect to the 
database?
