Hi All, Sqoop Direct mode for netezza is experiencing slow down for only 2 of 10 mappers. 8 of them import very fast, while the 2 which runs slow does not keep pace with others. The mapper counter slowly increments.
Once the slow map attempt is failed manually with hadoop job -fail-task <attemp_id> command, the mapper starts new attempt. This attempts starts to import fast (unlike the slowness in 1st attempt). Netezza box is free while this import job ran. Has anyone faced this kind of issue ? How to debug and solve this ? Thanks! -- Suraj Nayak M
