Hello! What is your conf/storm.yaml configuration? If you want to rellocate some of your components to different workers you need to do a special scheduler as explained here: http://xumingming.sinaapp.com/885/twitter-storm-how-to-develop-a-pluggable-scheduler/
In this example you are rellocation on special node, but I think you can use the same technique to achieve your goal.
