Using Struts 1.1...
We have a jsp page that uses a html:option tag. When the data loaded
into this option has special characters ( "<>;? etc ) this is not
escaped in the html that results in the form submit having no value for
the html select element. This does not happen when using JSTL ( c:out )
and <option /> tag.
Any help is appreciated.
