Hi There are two plugins that I have used. The first is called myeclipse:
http://www.myeclipseide.com This is a commercial (but inexpensive) plugin that will allow you to step through JSP files. The second is the Tomcat plugin by Sysdeo: http://www.sysdeo.com/eclipse/tomcatPlugin.html This will allow you to step through the java code generated by JSP, but not the JSP files.
