Struts Jar file error

Hi,

I downloaded the struts source version. When I extracted the file, I got the
following folder structure.

--Jakarta-struts-1.2.4
        --Contrib.
                --Struts-el
                        --Lib
                        --Webapps
        --Lib
        --Webapps

Struts.jar file exist in Jakarta-struts-1.2.4\lib folder. When I execute
this jar file, I get the following error.

“Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from
c:\Jakarta-struts-1.2.4\lib\struts.jar”

Can anyone help me what did I do wrong or what else I need to do? I use
Windows XP.
