To your struts-config.xml, have you added an entry something like this:
<message-resources
parameter="com.masslight.StrutsExampleClasses.ApplicationResources"
null="false" />

Kindly help me out with this
PS: I am using Tomcat 5.0.28, Eclipse 3.0 Struts 1.2.4.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.......
