Just a quick question with regards to the upgrade though:

* Is there any reason why the upgrade notes suggest to access tag
libraries using <%@ taglib uri="http://struts.apache.org/tags-html
prefix="html" %>, instead of <[EMAIL PROTECTED] uri="/tags/struts-html"
prefix="html"%> as done in most Struts books?
