Do you mean this :

So, when I click on an employee name in may list I will call
/ShowEmployeeDetail.do
and I define the edit form of EmployeeDetail.jsp like this : <form
action="/EditEmployeeDetail" >
Like this I don't need to change my actual Action class...
Is it well-designed like this?
