I used it only for its treeview tag. It is pretty interesting. For the rest I think it's best to use Struts Menu. Beware of the license! It is somewhat complicated. Its source is available, you can use it freely if your project is GPL, but you have to ask for permission (I don't know if it involves money) if you want to use it in commercial applications.
