We have a web service written in Java and a C# client to consume the Java web service. We are trying to send SOAP messages with attachments, but the problem is that .NET only accepts DIME attachments. Is it possible for Java to send its SOAP attachments in the DIME format? Basically, does Java support DIME attachments?
