In my app I currently have:
<s:checkboxlist list="tags"
name="tagids"
listKey="id"
listValue="name"/>
In the action, the "tags" property is the list of all
possible tags. "tagids" holds the selected tags. In my
preparation I add every selected option from "tags"
into "tagids"; <s:checkboxlist.../> does the rest.
