At first I thought this belonged on [EMAIL PROTECTED], but there _is_ a profile in the struts2-core pom that has a dependency on com.sun:tools:jar:1.5.0, and I wonder if that's the cause of the error. I can't tell anything from the info you provided here, can you paste your pom.xml and the output of 'mvn install -X' on http://rafb.net/paste, and post a link to it? Also, what version of Maven are you using? What Java vendor and version?
