Hello, I have a great deal of experience developing web based applications. I have used home-grown frameworks and several commercial frameworks.
I am new to STRUTS2, but my initial impression is that STRUTS2 kicks-butt. Form validation and action/navigation management is extremely intuitive. The original version of STRUTS has a great deal of books and documentation available. STRUTS2 does not have much in the market yet. However, STRUTS2 is based on WEBWORK so you should be able to find enough information for your term paper.
