It is a known bug, and has been fixed for 2.1 but I can't find the jira ticket (maybe there isn't one).

The issue I'm having is that it's loading regardless of the autoStart value. autoStart="false" is actually being written to the output, but it appears as if BindDiv.js is ignoring it.
