yes the templates are into
WEB-INFO/templates
you have to put them in tour WEB-APP root, meaning the directory
directly above WEB-INF
Freemarker won't find the templates in your WEB-INF directory, meaning
freemarker won't cache them
you might get a performance boost and less generated garbage by
putting the templates in the right directory...
