Ok. I tried downloading from SVN, but got a build error. Maven could not find xwork-2.1-SNAPSHOT-sources.jar. I had to download it manually from maven.opensymphony.com. However, despite following the instruction maven was giving me I could not figure out how to build the project with the manual download.
