Yes I understand that Struts 2 requires: Servlet API 2.4 JSP API 2.0 Java 5
However, I can use retrotranslator to translate the jars so that they are compatible with Java 4. JSP API and Servlet API are included as part of Tomcat 5.0.28 libraries (Tomcat 5 supports Servlet 2.4 & JSP 2.0).
