I would place the plugin details in a profile in your projects pom.xml which
will be activated later on
<profiles>
<profile>
<id>dojo211</id>
<build>
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.struts</groupId>
<artifactId>struts2-dojo-plugin</artifactId>
<version>2.1.1</version>
</plugin>
</plugins>
</build>
</profile>
</profiles>
and then to activate by mvn utility
mvn groupId:artifactId:goal -P dojo211
