Due to a small screwup, by one of the struts devs, the 2.1.7 build didn't pass the GA vote. As of right now, the 2.1.6 release is the latest general availability release. Although the problem was fixed right away, we added some OGNL enhancements and updated many dependencies to later versions which has postponed the 2.1.8 release.
