This is probably the same problem. How is this handled? A constant was mentioned but it must be something in the Struts 2 code because it doesn't seem to fit anywhere I put it: <constant name="struts.convention.action.fileProtocols" value="jar,zip"/> ...anyway, if this was implemented, it doesn't seem to be working for me.
