You need to put a Locale, not a String.

If you look closely , I am doing the exact same thing i.e. setting the
session parameter 
"WW_TRANS_I18N_LOCALE" since I18nInterceptor.DEFAULT_SESSION_ATTRIBUTE is
equal to 
"WW_TRANS_I18N_LOCALE". But still it is not working
