"Do Synapse support Https and Ftps?"

Hi All,

      I am very new to Synapse. We have a business requirement, in which we
need to send informations through FTPS ,HTTPS etc to our clients.
And if possible we need to do XSL transformations to the the information we
are sending.
     We are looking for ESBs that can support FTPS and HTTPS to begin with.
So could anyone have any information that could help us to have a Proof of
Concept.
